Delivery
The lab will be closing for annual maintenance on 20th December 2022 and will re-open on 3rd January 2023.
To ensure your mouthguard reaches you before Christmas, we would like to advise you of the following order deadlines:
Custom-Fit Mouthguards – latest date for receipt of impressions is 14th December
Orders received after these dates will be despatched from week commencing 8th January.
Upon receipt of your completed impression your mouthguard will take between 5-10 working days to be manufactured and dispatched. Please note in peak periods such as September the turnaround can increase to up to 15 working days.
School/Club mouthguards:
All mouthguards fitted at an OPRO dentist impression visit will be returned to the school/club by a next day courier service. Customers will be notified by email when their mouthguard is on its way back to the school/club.
Home Impression Kits:
Home Impression Kits are dispatched within 5 working days by standard delivery (2-4 working days). Please return the impression to us to the free postal address included in the kit.
The mouthguard will be returned to your home address by standard delivery (2-4 working days). If you require an expedited delivery service, please contact our Customer Care team on +44 (0)1442 430690 or email us at info@oprogroup.com to discuss.
Returns
We hope you will be delighted with your mouthguard. However, in the rare event that there is an issue please do contact our Customer Care team who will look to resolve any problem within 30 days of you receiving your mouthguard. If after speaking to our Customer Care team, you would still like to return the mouthguard, this can be arranged.
